Business and Economy
The purpose of the Business and Economy Topic Group is to design and manage a process that will contribute to the preparation of a draft Neighbourhood Plan for Deddington, Clifton and Hempton by empowering local business owners and residents to help plan the future business opportunities for the whole community.
The process has been:
• inclusive – offering the opportunity to participate for all who live or works in Deddington, Clifton and Hempton
• comprehensive – identify important aspects of business in Deddington, Clifton and Hempton. Establish the extent and type of new businesses that the community would wish to see retained or developed
• positive – bringing forward proposals which will improve the quality of business opportunities and services in our community.
This group comprises Frank Davies, Robert Stallibrass, Ron Turner, Steve Waterman and David Rogers with considerable help from Paul Drawmer.
