Deddington Neighbourhood Plan

Working Groups

Five working groups were set up to work through the task of guiding the development of a Neighbourhood plan for Deddington Parish.

The scope of a Neighbourhood plan is broad, looking at housing needs and location, as well as other aspects of the quality of life such as recreational facilities, education, public transport, parking, open spaces, design etc.

The Working Groups have worked to gather input from the Deddington Parish community to understand the issues, identify goals and objectives, develop policies and move towards the creation of a Development Plan that reflects the wants and needs of the Parish (Deddington, Clifton and Hempton).

At each stage, the Working Groups have gone back to the community to gather feedback and further input for the process to make sure that the plan milestones have been achieved whilst giving the community open and unfettered access to the process and so ensuring that everyone hs had the opportunity to engage in the process.
